Because sometimes… it really does feel like the planets are f*ckin’ with you.


I had my workshop STRESS LESS to conduct.

Everything was tested. Everything was perfect.


Until that evening…

❌ People couldn’t get in.

❌ Audio didn’t work.


For a perfectionist (and any business owner), delivering messy work? Feels like sh*t.


So I decided, instead of charging,

👉 I’d record the whole thing and give it FREE to those who missed it.


I sat down and recorded for 2 hours.

💻 Till it CRASHED at the end…


At this point:

  • I was recovering from a flu.

  • I was frustrated and tired.

  • I honestly didn’t wanna go through it again.

Yesterday tanked. Now this?


I spiraled. I cried.

😭 Vented to my husband and my coach.

Then… I pulled myself together.


🎙️ Recorded AGAIN for another 2 hours.

And… 💻 CRASH. Again. Like WTF?


BUT while venting to my husband, I caught myself smiling.


Because even in the middle of all this chaos, I was proud. Not because things went well (they didn’t).

But because I handled it better than the old me ever could.


(and that’s a huge f*ckin win for anyone who’s actively working on themselves).


Old me would have...

🧠 Stayed stuck in my head, criticizing myself, doubting my work, my drive.

💭 Stayed moody and pissed AF, swinging between suppressing or exploding.

💣Given up, not recorded again, gone full hermit mode.

Made it personal—worried about my biz rep, convinced I wasn’t cut out for this, stayed mad at the Universe, blamed Mercury retrograde, and definitely wouldn’t share this out loud.


New me?

She asked: “If I was the version of me I’m proud of, how would I show up?”

She let herself FEEL. Cry. (Old me thought crying was weak, so this is a win.)

She understood the message behind the emotion—that I was tying my worth to my work.

She leaned on her husband, leaned on her coach, trusted the process, and embraced the mess.

(Still blaming Mercury retrograde though, because seriously… the symptoms are all there 😅).
