Simply caring for the Me,
essentially impacts the We.

“Where It All Started”
A South-Asian woman from Indonesia, who recovered from high-functioning anxiety.
A condition that describes an individual who seems able to effectively manage the demands of day-to-day life despite experiencing heightened anxiety.
I grew up pretty comfortably with a loving and supportive circle. But despite that, fear was a constant in my life. Fear of the unknown, uncertainty, the future, judgment, upsetting others, failure, missing out, things going wrong - you name it.
I feared being “too happy”. I even feared being myself.
I felt lost, stuck, unfulfilled, overwhelmed and constantly anxious, yet I functioned “normally”. I didn’t think there was any other way to feel.
Just like everybody else I had my fair share of trauma, challenges and darkness growing up but my life became all about the pain and no pleasure.
While it seemed like I had a “great” life, I didn’t feel great about myself or my life.
“The Peak”
During my honeymoon, I felt uncharacteristically unsettled, fearful and disconnected from my surroundings, despite being in a place, time, and situation that should’ve been joyful, peaceful and fulfilling, married to my high-school sweetheart.
That’s when I asked myself – was I always this way?
That moment prompted a profound awakening that something had been "off" in my approach to life all this while.
I took a hard and honest look at myself and realized I have never truly felt peaceful and happy within.
That was when I decided it was time to take charge and transform my life.
"My Personal
Development
Journey”
But the question was, if I wanted to change my life, what did I need to change? The answer was myself through Personal Development.
I went deep into the concept Personal Development. I took time piecing everything together and doing the work for myself. Eventually I experienced profound changes – both internally and externally. I started to navigate life differently – with more balance, peace and positivity.
However, getting here had its challenges. It was a confusing, terrifying and lonely phase, especially since there was lack of support and guidance out there. But through practice, discipline and patience, I found my way out. That was when I decided to get trained so that I can be the support and guidance I never had for others.
It was time to be honest and open so that people would stop suffering in silence. I want people to feel less alone or ashamed. Personal Development gave me a new meaning and understanding of how to live my life with ease, and I wish the same for you.
Since then, it has become my mission to inspire, empower and guide others towards a “Zen” life by embarking on a transformational journey of Personal Development.
“What is Personal Development, and why do you need it?”
Personal Development means the continuous pursuit of life-improvement through self-improvement.
Personal Development pushes you to analyze and improve every major area of your life.
It helps you experience a better life, by developing the capability to deal with its ups and downs.
But it is work.
You have to confront a lot of deep traumas, pains, and truths that you wouldn’t otherwise.
You have to learn to unconditionally love yourself and your life, while consciously improving whatever you can.
You have to challenge and rewire limiting beliefs, while facing your fears.
You have to balance between prioritizing your needs and others, as well as different areas of life.
You will have to take different, sometimes uncomfortable actions to change the course of your life.
And so much more.
It is a never ending journey of developing yourself in order to develop your life.
Allow me to help you get started with your journey and guide you through the process using my personal experiences, combined with the appropriate training, education and skills.
Together we will uncover your “Zen” and explore the many ways you could grow and develop your entire being through practices that best fit YOU.
In other words, I am your "feel good” coach, here to empower you to become the best version of yourself, and lead a more balanced, fulfilling and peaceful life.
