It’s not that you're NOT confident.
You’re just believing a bullsh*t story in your head that tells you can't be.
A story someone else planted in you.
Maybe thye said you’re not smart enough, pretty enough, capable enough…
And you took that ONE moment, ONE comment and made it your truth.
But confidence is not the absence of flaws.
It’s the decision to OWN them.
It’s saying,
“Yeah, I make mistakes. Yeah, I’m imperfect. And none of that dictates my worth.”
You're not confident because you’ve already judged yourself first.
You decided a part of you is wrong or shameful — so other people’s opinions feel like proof.
Confidence is unapologetic self-love through flaws and all.
-
Accept that people will talk.
-
Accept that not everyone will like you.
-
Accept that you will trigger some people — and still show up with your head high.
Real confidence is when you can say:
“I am perfect in my imperfections… You can choose to love me or not — I love me anyway,”
You think saying “I’m not confident” is harmless… but the moment you accept it as your identity, you start paying a price far bigger than you realise.
Here’s what that identity is actually costing you:
👉 Your freedom to be yourself — you get anxious around people, you isolate, or worse… you become a version of yourself you don’t even like just to be liked.
👉Your courage to stand up for yourself — you don’t think you have the right, so people overstep, disrespect you, use you… and you stay quiet.
👉Your self-love — you’re harsh, mean, punishing yourself. Starving yourself on strict diets, overworking, chasing impossible standards, numbing through unhealthy habits.
👉Your worth — your worthiness depends on achievements, validation, money, success… without it you feel like you're nothing. Every failure feels like the end of the world.
👉Your environment — you stay around people who dim your light, tease you, shame you, call you “too much,” and want you to stay unconfident.
👉Your opportunities — you reject experiences that could change your life or career because you don’t think you’re capable.
👉Your boundaries — you tolerate mistreatment, disrespect, manipulation, even emotional or verbal abuse.
👉Your future — you play small, dream small, choose safe, and call it “being realistic.”
👉Your children — they mirror your fears, your self-doubt, your hesitations, your inability to speak up or take space.
👉Your entire life experience — everything becomes smaller, heavier, harder… because YOU think you’re not good enough.
Saying “I’m not confident” is costing you…
❌️ Your dreams.
❌️ Your voice.
❌️ Your happiness.
❌️ Your entire future.
Yet you’re sitting, waiting… as if confidence will magically appear one day, as if the right circumstances will suddenly make you finally feel it!
They won’t.
That’s not how confidence works.
💥 Confidence comes when you rewrite the stories that convinced you you’re not worthy in the first place… and start taking small, intentional actions that match the version of you you actually WANT to become.
It is teaching your body how to feel safe being the bad ass confident version of you….
And yes — that can be confusing and uncomfortable on your own.
👉 That’s exactly why I’m here.
