Going to a hypnotherapist to quit smoking is great, but if you never figure out why you started smoking in the first place, what’s stopping you from picking it back up when stress hits? Clearing your energy for money blocks is fabulous, but if you don’t educate yourself about managing finances, how’s that abundance going to stick?
And let’s talk breakups. Sure, you’re healing and moving on, but if you’re not addressing the behaviors and choices that contributed to the conflict, GUESS WHAT? You’re just swiping right into the same mess, different face.
It’s like putting a Band-Aid on a wound without cleaning it FIRST. Sure, it might look fine for a minute, but infection’s just around the corner. Healing isn’t about leaning on others to make you feel better. It’s about learning how to do that for yourself.
It’s about training your mind to think differently, so you act differently, and then—like magic—you get different results. Change happens when you ACT. Period. End of story.
