January
The year started with pain đ
Shut my car door on my thumb, followed by one of the worst food poisonings Iâve ever had.
But also started a new passion project covering mind, body & soul treatments wherever I go â check us out on Youtube The Zen Monk: Wellness Diaries.

Â
February
Celebrated my lil broâs engagement đÂ
Staycayed at my rentz and in laws.
Tried golf for the first time (It seemed boring until I realized how much percision and mindfulness it required.

Â
March
One of my biggest dreams came true!!!Â
Launched The Zen Forum Podcast in partnership with Indonesia Economic Forum.
Conversations around success that go way beyond money, titles and status â and into purpose, wellbeing, identity and meaning. Exactly the kind of rooms I want to be in.

Â
April
Spent 3 weeks in India
Reunited with college friends after years, raved at a concert by one of our fav artists, and still prioritised health check-ups. Balance baby, lol.

Â
May
Celebrated the success of my workshop Is Evil Eye Real? (still one of my faves)
Also made internal shifts in my biz â letting go and hiring support.

Â
June
Back to India prepping for my lil broâs wedding.
Invested in a new course and birthed my most deepest, life-changing program yet â The Zen Manual.

Â
July
Ran one of my most successful workshops (online + live):Â Stress Less.
Facilitated at a retreat, connected with incredible souls and travelled to Gili with the fam đ´
But it was also one of the hardest months, grieving the loss of someone really important to us.

Â
August
Ran my biggest FREE campaign: August Special.
Did 60-minute sessions, met epic humans taking charge of their lives and enrolled beautiful souls into The Zen Manual.
But also hit major burnout in my personal and professiona life â lesson learnt.

Â
September
A month of celebrations đ
- Official launch of The Zen Manual (the first batch)!!!
- Celebrated 20 years with my main man (still canât believe it).
- A wedding in Bali where I spent some quality time with high-school friends.

Â
October
Eventful yet testing AF.
All that planning and prepping, finally celebrated my lil broâs wedding and gained a new sister. Also witnessed massive fcking wins inside The Zen Manual already.
Hectic, draining but deeply rewarding. Heart is SO FULL.

Â
November
Recuperating, recalibrating, back to creating and coaching.
India trip #3 for a friendâs wedding where Mercury Retrograde was a lil B â lost our luggage, had 3 hours to shop without any break to attend an event that evening.
Only to have our bags arrive at 4am and realize our sweet helper accidentally packed our essentials in our handcarry, which somehow passed two security check points with over 100ml liquids + sharp razors. WTF right???

Â
December
My favourite month b*tchez đâ¨
Another year wiser.Â
And re-opened enrolments for the next Zen Manual batch starting Feb!
Resting, reflecting, and getting very clear on what â and who â is coming with me into the new year⌠and whatâs not.

Â
So what's next for The Zen Monk?
Â
Iâm sharing my highlights â not just the wins or achievements, but the challenges too. â¨
Not even the âbig dramaticâ ones but the small, random, human moments.
⢠Trying something new.
⢠Navigating hard days.
⢠Little experiences that actually mattered.
Â
Because the truth is, people mostly share outcomes, the wins, the polished end result but rarely the behind-the-scenes.
But life isnât only made of milestones â itâs made in the in-between moments too.
That's how people start comparing and wondering why things feel harder for them, while others seem to have it âfigured out.â
Â
But everyone goes through their own share of hard and their share of wins.
Sometimes the win is that:
⢠You survived.
⢠You tried.
⢠You showed up.
⢠You didnât give up.
⢠Youâre still here.
That alone deserves to be acknowledged.
Â
Thatâs why, before the year ends, I always reflect on everything â the highs and the lows.
Because they all mattered. They all served a purpose. đą
Â
And I always ask myself and others:
⢠What was your highest high?
⢠What was your lowest low? And what did it teach you?
Â
List more than one if you need to.
Because thatâs how you really see how much youâve achieved, endured, grown, and changed.
Â
It also gives you clarity on how you want the next year to feel â not I don't mean goals but real intentions. đ
Â
I used to feel anxious around New Yearâs â unsure of what I wanted, pressured by timelines or failures, chasing things, fear of the unknown.
Â
Till I realized life is about what you have lived well, not what's left to live.
Â
This is why reflecting matters.
This is when life feels enough and whatever the future brings will also be ENOUGH.
Â
So if youâre feeling heavy, stuck, or unsure about 2026 â especially if this year feels unresolved â it doesnât have to carry over.
Â
Iâm offering a FREE 60-minute Call to help you unpack what blocked your peace this year and how to move forward without dragging it into the next one!
