So…
- You're not open to other people's points of view or considerations.
- You do not take accountability or admit your mistakes.
- You only think your way is the right way.
- You portray an intimidating, unapproachable demeanor, making it hard for anyone to level with you.
- You force your opinions onto others but dismiss everyone else's.
- You expect people to obey without room for collaboration.
- You struggle to have deep and difficult conversations that strengthen relationships.
- You get easily triggered, blast off, validate the behavior, or blame others for it.
People walk on eggshells around you, and you think that's a show of strength, respect, or power, when it's actually isolation, fear, and emotional armor.
The fastest way to kill a relationship and your growth is claiming "this is just who I am" and expecting people to deal with it rather than learning how to become a better version of yourself.
There’s a difference between standing your ground vs being closed off.
People mistake being "true" to themselves by simply declaring and acting in ways they think are okay without considering how their behavior impacts others.
They expect other people to roll with their punches but fail to adjust themselves to roll with other people's ways.
They use it as an excuse to avoid growth instead of embracing change.
- That's selfish.
- That's avoidance.
- That's manipulation.
- That's emotional immaturity.
People who are authentic know they're imperfect and own their weaknesses.
They don't hide behind an "I am who I am" facade; they consider what they can improve when they can, not use it as a wall or ammo.
Real people own their mistakes and learn from them, showing confidence, consideration, and compassion.
But most importantly, emotionally intelligent, highly respectable, yet genuinely kind people know that being yourself doesn't mean expecting the world to bow down.
It means doing the work to refine their personality.
To question themselves on whether how they've been is serving them or destroying their lives. To see if they are the way they are out of trauma and conditioning that may have kept them safe or protected them before, but is now pushing people away or making life worse.
THIS is what inner work is all about.
Because it's not always "people can't be trusted" or "they're all idiots."
It's not always them being the problem.
It's YOU.
And I say this with absolute love because I was once like this.
Proudly saying I was stubborn just to get my way.
Getting extremely moody or passive-aggressive to manipulate instead of trying to understand.
Thinking I was a badass for not being "a pushover" instead of learning to adapt and understand others.
I felt like being soft meant being easily controllable, yet here I was trying to control others with my hard side.
And I almost lost all the beautiful relationships that put up with it long enough for me to reach a realization, with only a small gap left before they would have left me.
I quit a high-paying job because I didn't like being told what to do in a "particular" way.
I was always so hard up in my judgments that I didn't connect with people the way I connect with them right now.
I am offering you a chance to rebuild your personality
—not from childhood conditioning, fear, or expectations anymore—from the "true" you that deserves to be loved the right way.
- From the version that you want to become, not the version you had to be.
- From the version that can attract and keep genuine people because they've done the work to heal.
This is how my clients have won back their partners, reconnected with their children, and reclaimed their peace.
If you're ready to do the work, and reintroduce yourself into the world as a new, improved version who's got that "don't mess with me" vibe without pushing people away—rather leading with compassion, kindness, and conviction—then let's talk about options.
I am opening 5 FREE Get-To-Know Call this August.
Claim your call and explore this space.
Your personality isn't who you are;
it's who you thought you needed to be.
So if you're done dealing with half-a$$ relationships with people who leave at the first sign of trouble, business deals that aren't closing, constant arguments that go nowhere, and high turnover with inconsistent team members—(which ironically only makes you think you need to be harder)—then we need to talk and do something about it.
I am the best person to help because I've been there, and I know how to lovingly call you out without letting your badassery disappear.
Don't let your ego get in the way of your potential and the life, love, and success you deserve that you're unknowingly blocking.
Come and talk to me—with actual tools to regulate yourself on the spot so you can show up like the person you want to be, balancing softness and power.
Taking only 5 people on this journey this month (and one is already filled).
Curious? Let's talk.
