My loved ones and I are alive, healthy and well.
This is my baseline. Everything else is just a bonus.

A beautiful marriage with a partner who makes me feel safe.
More like best friends than a couple.

I’m my own boss and I get to work from anywhere, anytime.
I set my own pace. I've got a Biz that is purposeful, sustainable, and makes an impact—and yes, makes money, because why tf not? 🙂↕️

A ‘balanced’ life…80% good, 20% bad 😏
Slow mornings, restful nights VS a period of hecticness (not just “sok sibuk” till I burn out but healthy productivity).
Hardcore partying and binging vs clean eating, working out and wellness at the forefront. I get to do both!

I’m heavier, yet healthier and happier than in my 20s. I love my body for carrying me through everything.
The imperfections like my skin, tummy and whatever else? They don't shatter me anymore—they’re signs of a life lived.

I always have my basic needs met.
The home I journaled about (oh and a smart one thanks to my techy hubby), good food, clean water, AC, car, TV, and the list goes on!
I’ve built a life that feels exactly like my vision, not someone else's.

My social circle is BOMB!
I’m surrounded by kind, intelligent people.
- My friends hold space for me, respect my boundaries, and speak my language.
- They bring me up, forgive my mistakes, and genuinely want me to win.

I used to be a people-pleaser, constantly seeking validation.
Now? I’m comfy being disliked because I love myself enough to own my mistakes and laugh at my imperfections.
I know I am valuable even if I'm not everyone's cup of tea. 😌

I am lucky to afford greatttt help in both my personal and professional life.
I wouldn't be here without their support and service. Thank you 💖

Can we give it up for technology?!
Despite all the AI drama, life is so much more convenient.
Everything is a click away, travel is easier, information is abundant.
It's how you see it and use it.

The access and ability to invest in top-tier professional support.
Having a mentor to lean on keeps me sane, reminds me of what I’m capable of, and turns my "problems" into solutions instantly.

I didn't get here by wishing.
I got here by working on myself just as much as my Biz.
I worked on my…
- Thoughts - To stop letting stress and doubt overshadow the good
- Emotions - To act with clarity & calm instead of impulsively regretting.
- Body - Without my health, what's the point of my wealth?
- Relationships - To protect my peace and invest only in those who give back.
- Confidence - To own my power without shame or seeking approval.
- Beliefs - To expect the best instead of chasing or controlling.
It’s not about doing more; it’s about thinking and moving differently.
Most people stay stuck in the same cycle—comparing, competing, complaining, and waiting for "better" to happen to them.
They blame life instead of taking accountability for the way they operate.
But if your life feels chaotic, look inside.
Your internal state is just reflecting back at you.
That’s what "inner work" is.
And I make it simple, systematic, and easy for you to apply in Think Better.
Spend ONE month with me to change how you operate:
➡️ We kill the stories making your life harder than it needs to be.
➡️ You get the tools to handle stress in real-time before it becomes your identity.
➡️ You learn to choose joy on purpose, no matter the "trigger" or circumstance.
I dare to promise that by the end of the month, you wouldn't recognize yourself. 🙂↔️
I’m not going to bullshit you and say my life is perfect. I’ve still got plenty of issues, stress, and things I haven’t achieved yet.
In fact, I caught myself in a spiral just recently. I felt behind, stressed, and lost confidence while looking at everyone else’s highlight reels.
Then, I just STOPPED.
I grabbed my journal and wrote pages of everything that makes my life enough right now and boy that seriously shifted my perspective.
I have always had enough, and always will…
👉 Do this practice every time you feel “behind” or not good enough.
Buttttt…. even after doing this, and despite everything you’ve achieved, you still have to force gratitude—or that something deep down still feels missing—that is a massive red flag.
It’s a sign that your external success has outpaced your internal world.
🚨 It’s time to do the REAL WORK.
You know this, but you probably think you don’t need it—at least not until you hit rock bottom and risk losing everything you’ve built.
You tell yourself you don’t have the time, but the truth is, you just haven’t prioritized your inner state as much as your external success.
If you think this is nonsense, I dare you to hop on a FREE Call with me and I'll prove to you what’s possible when you give your mindset and emotional intelligence the same level of investment as your business.

Let’s make the last 6 months of your year the plot twist you’ve been waiting for.
