Show them your b*tchy side and see how they hold space for it.
As a recovering people-pleaser who thought being nice earned love and belonging—mistaking kindness for self-sacrifice—I learned the hard way that some people only love the version of you that benefits them.
When you demand the same respect? You're the b*tch.

Look, I am not condoning b*tchy behavior where you actually put people down, control others, act stone-cold, passive-aggressive or make everything about you.
There's a difference between toxic and cruel "b*tchy" versus being labeled as one for refusing to be walked over.
I am ALL for getting you to stand the fck up and be seen as the villain in the eyes of people who are used to you being complacent, agreeable and sacrificing your own comfort.
I know it’s easier said than done.
-
You thought being nice was the same as being kind.
-
You’re terrified of being the "difficult" one they talk about.
-
Getting isolated from choosing yourself.
- Being called "sensitive" when you finally snap after swallowing everyone else's BS with a :)
But being nice even when someone treats your like sh*t isn’t true kindness it's performance. You're playing a character for a “positive” impression. You enable them to love a fake version while you build resentment because they take advantage of you.
True kindness means acting without hidden expectations.
That also means saying no, holding your ground, showing tough love and being honest even when it's uncomfortable.
Because people can only respect and love the true you when you first show kindness to yourself, instead of letting them use you.
When someone genuinely loves you, they see your boundaries as self-respect and learn to hold space for it. But if they threaten the relationship or call you selfish when you do, that’s “conditionally loving” you out of convenience.
I KNOW the idea of being b*tchy makes you wanna puke, but you know you're even more sick of being taken for granted, undermined and overlooked.
The tricky part is unlearning your go-to reaction but you don't have to figure this out alone.
I’ll provide you with the tools to sit with the discomfort of being disliked, the courage to drop the performance and the clarity to know who actually deserves your kindness so you can step into the version of you who is free to be real.
If this hits home, don't stay in the pain any longer.
