HOW I WENT FROM HOLDING IT TOGETHER TO ACTUALLY FEELING TOGETHER?

No one knew I was struggling. Not even me. 

I’m Divyha Bhojwani.✨

A once high-functioning anxious person — cool on the outside, but chaotic on the inside. I was afraid of so much sh*t in life without even realizing it.

But I was functioning SUPER well. Damn organized.
Did my work. Always 10 steps ahead.
I was efficient, effective, available.
Good with people. Always had a smile plastered on my face.
Seemed positive, optimistic…🌟

But behind the scenes? I was riddled with fear.🌪️

📎Fear of what people think.
📎Fear of judgment.
📎Fear of loss.
📎Fear of things going wrong.
📎Fear of not doing enough.

My whole life was me trying to run away from fear. I thought… If I could just build a life that looked good or achieved the right things, the fear would finally go away. But it didn’t.

I STILL…
📎lacked confidence.
📎overthought everything.
📎overanalyzed.
📎had drama with people.
📎overreacted.
📎doubted myself.
📎people-pleased.

And I thought — what’s the f*cking point?
I hit a depression.

Till I realized:
All the things I was doing — all the goals, the work, the “success” — it was all coming from the wrong place. I felt guilty. Ashamed even. Because I had so much. And I was still feeling empty.

But here’s what I learned:
Your life may look good, but it may not always feel good.
Because how you experience life is not about what you’ve achieved, what you have, or what’s happening around you.🌱

It’s how you process your thoughts.
It’s how you manage your emotions.
It’s how you act — and those intentions.
It’s the beliefs you carry that shape your reality.

And I’m not saying life won’t throw sh*t at you or people won’t trigger you or that you won’t doubt yourself sometimes. But imagine if those moments didn’t define your whole day.
