I know, right? What a dumba$$ 🫠
People used to come up to us and ask,
"Aren't you bored?
Don't you want to know what it feels like to be with other people?
What if you get even more bored later on?
What if he cheats one day or you cheat on him?"
That literally got into my head.
I told my boyfriend, "We should break up." (so we feel satisfied with our singlehood before dating again… WTF RIGHT?)
He didn't want to—he thought I was crazy—but the idiot in me felt it was necessary.
So I broke it off.
That fcking breakup lasted a week LOL.
Thank God I came to my senses and realized what I have with this guy is what every human being searches for their entire life, and I was lucky enough to experience it early.
Today, he’s my husband.
21 years together, and more in love now than ever.
PS - He says he can never be bored of me because it feels like he’s always dealing with a new crazy version of me every day hehe.. 🤫 (Ain’t no one else built for me like him…)
But THAT was me with High-Functioning Anxiety.
👉 I was anxious about a future people told me about—a future that wasn't even real—and I acted out on that anxiety rather than what was actually present.
👉 I created a “reason” to sabotage the good because I never felt safe in my joy, like I didn't deserve it or it won't last so I would fck it up now rather than later.
👉 I didn't know how to NOT listen to my irrational fears or be influenced by other people’s opinions.
Because of that, I took a stupid move and almost lost one of the biggest blessings in my life.
THIS is what happens when you aren't aware of your own thoughts and feelings but listen to every one of them.
- When you don't know how to overcome your discomforts and fears but get carried away with it.
- When you listen to people's beliefs, expectations and judgments then make it your truth, even if it's bad for you.
- When you struggle to regulate yourself to stay calm, centered and confident instead of acting out impulsively.
This is why clients come to me, because they're afraid of losing their love but don't know what's wrong.
- I’ve had clients who get into patterns of "testing" their partners to see if they could be trusted or “stay” when they're being difficult… till it gets too much.
- Or clients who compare their partner to everyone else—how much money others make, how they treat their wives—creating a major disconnect.
- Or have these rigid expectations and force them to change rather than accepting and encouraging one another through love.
- Or who believed they needed to be their partner’s "everything" sacrificing their own lives till they lose themselves.
- Or those who mistake attention for love and keeps seeking it which creates suffocation.
- Or those who struggle to communicate and push their partner away when they don't get what they want.
All of these clients weren't wrong, they just didn't know any better.
Because they didn't realize they were acting out of trauma or unhelpful beliefs.
Even with the right intentions, you could make the wrong moves.
It’s not about changing other people.
It’s about recognizing your role in the dynamic—how you’re enabling, allowing or expecting the wrong stories.
That's what Think Better is for.
Inside the one-month program—Think Better :
👉 Uncover Your Patterns: the hidden triggers, trust issues and childhood stories dictating how you love, communicate and handle conflict—all in a safe, non-judgmental space.

👉 Master Your Mind: Learn exactly how your brain sabotages the good through bite-sized videos.
👉 Shift Your Response: Simple practices to catch and shit your impulses in real-time like stop the yelling, the silence, and the walking away habits. Learn to pause, process, and move differently.
So you can finally be surrounded by the relationship you deserve.
Don't believe me? Believe them 👇

I realized how much of my own drama could have been avoided if I’d just understood my mind better. If I’d been fcking aware of my own thoughts instead of acting out of them impulsively, I would have saved myself years of chaos. 🫠
💥 Think about the drama in YOUR own life. How much of it could you have avoided if you were just a little more in control of your thoughts, feelings, and actions? If you truly understood your intentions, what’s driving you, and how to actually sit with discomfort?
Because our brains are masters at sabotaging the good stuff. If you don't learn how to regulate, you end up believing sht like: men can't be trusted, relationships are just games, or there are no genuine people left—all while missing how you’re driving the dysfunction.
🙌 This work isn't about there being something wrong with you.
It’s about being courageous enough to own your role and be the solution instead of staying stuck in the problem.
🚨 This is why I keep telling you: this work is how you save your relationships—at home and at work.
Because there is no such thing as true success if you aren't surrounded by people who make you feel safe, seen, and supported.
To feel loved without the "games"—and to be that same person for them.
YES, it’s a two-way street, but you have to make the first move.
Only when you become aware of your own stories and expectations—and get the tools to navigate your own mind—does the dynamic actually change.
If you care enough about your people, change the way you operate and come talk to me before the month ends.
