I WAS THAT WOMAN

I was hitting the goals, had all the my needs met, the occasional luxuries, pretty comfy up-bringing, married to my high-school sweetheart.


On paper, all's G right?

Little did I know, I had "high-functioning" anxiety.

A fancy terms for saying "someone who is hyper-organized, hyper-independent, hyper-vigilant, hyper active, high-performing, seemingly confident and gets sht done while being secretly scared and stressed as fck."

 

  • I couldn't sit still.
  • Couldn't stop ruminating.
  • Couldn't stop fixing or chasing more.
  • Couldn't trust myself, my people and the Universe without the controlling.

 

I was spread too thin, always on the move, and feeling like no matter what I achieved, it was never enough.

 

I thought the darkness and the heavy emotions were just part of life.

 

Little did I know (again) the depression, anxiety, temper was all my doing. 🫠


I call that time of my life my awakening;
when I found out I had a much bigger role and influence in my reality than I knew, and with whatever little control I thought I had, I was doing it SO WRONG.

 

It was still the "outside in" approach.
And now we're all about the "inside out" approach to life. 😅

 

Wtf does that even mean?

  • It's not the circumstances fcking it all up.
  • It's your thoughts, feelings and actions about yourself and life that is creating that kind of experience.

 

Yea you didn't ask for some sh*t in your life.

But how you respond to anything in your life creates the results you either want or do not want.


And most people are never aware of what drives their responses.

But if you do, you can actually be the boss of your world creating the experiences you dream of.

 

Awakening essentially means "waking up" to another way of approaching life. 


Why I Became A Coach?

 

But when I was going through it.
I realized the support out there was a joke.

 

It was either too "woo-woo" and jargon to be useful or incomplete and so complicated it felt like another chore on my to-do list.

 

I needed to simplify the idea of "inner work" and become the support I wished I had, which blends both science and spirit, intuition and strategy, logic and magic into her work.

 

  • My job isn't to be your superior or tell you what to do—you already have the fcking answers.
  • My job is to show you how you’re getting in your own way and creating the very reality you’re trying to escape from.

 

The world didn't need more "theory."
It needed a manual when things get rough, and that's why I created
