Think Positive? Think Again.
"Just think positive," they said. "All will be well," they said. Well, that’s utter rubbish.
You can’t just "positive think" your way through everything. That’s like sprinkling sugar on sh*t and expecting it to magically turn into CAKE. Spoiler alert: it won’t.
Sure, a positive outlook is great and all, but let’s be real—sugarcoating challenges doesn’t help. Sugarcoating looks like avoiding the problem, blaming others, or flat-out denying it exists.
Here’s the deal: the “problem” isn’t the problem. The problem is how you deal with the “problem.”
It’s all about your approach. Instead of sprinkling sugar, grab a shovel. Use that sh*t as fertilizer and help something good grow from it.
In other words, it’s about your response. To improve how you respond, you need to work on yourself first—how you think, feel, and behave. How you function and operate daily.
When you build yourself up, you build resilience to handle the bad sh*t and the capability to maintain the good sh*t with more confidence and ease.
So, are you finally ready to get to work and turn your sh*t around?
