warned a relative when I moved schools, from a tiny batch of 6 students to over 100 in a popular school among the Brown community in Jakarta.
Not "study hard, make good friends, or stay out of drugs."
Instead?
Don't let your name enter that made-up, anonymous bulletin—faxed, emailed, and WhatsApped around just to gossip, ridicule and tear down anyone with fake or personal news.
IKR... disgusting and sad.
That’s how deeply ingrained our fear of judgment is.
We are conditioned to keep our "names" spotless so nobody catches a whiff of a normal human imperfection.
Because of this, people…
- Have major trust issues and isolate themselves into depression.
- Suffer maintaining toxic norms like giving ridiculous dowry or staying trapped in joint family wars.
- Stay in fcked-up situations like abusive marriages or dying businesses because "what will people think?"
- Force themselves to do what society expects like marrying someone with zero personality but a “good family name” or popping out kids before they're mentally ready.
- Go broke spending beyond their means on shiny objects just to keep up a fake front.
- Run away from home because the community's judgment is too sickening to survive.
We were taught to prioritize people's approval instead of our happiness.
So trust me when I say... I seriously get the sheer terror of being talked about…
But we complain about an untrustworthy society, yet never ask how we enable it.
People are losing their minds, their health and their grip on life behind the scenes just to please a crowd.
Yet, they are still talked about.
You aren't spared even when you do everything "right."
So what's the point?
Yet... here I am airing some of my dirty laundry…
I’ve dealt with depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, family estrangement and financial hits (don't act like you haven't 🙄).
But so fcking WHAT?!
Having issues doesn't make you a bad person.
Bitching about people who have them? It does.
It doesn't mean you're failing at life because otherwise, we're all failing.
But prioritizing superficial validation over your own wellbeing, peace and the people who matter? That is failing.
- People would rather hide and live in denial than make a change.
- They’d rather save their "names" than save themselves.
- They’d rather be miserable behind a glorifying image than admit they need support that would give them the freedom and joy to live life they deserve!
That’s why I share.
Because I’m human just like anyone else, and we need to feel less alone and ashamed.
I know how terrifying it is to talk to someone—let alone someone from the same "society."
That’s why everything here is strictly and legally confidential.
You’ve got my cards too.
This is the space where you finally get to be yourself without the dread of being judged.
So would you rather keep living depressed but for everyone else, or step up and claim the life you deserve no matter what people think?
Start with a FREE & CONFIDENTIAL Call to see if we vibe—only this September.
Bring what's weighing you down and let's map out your transformation.
This isn't just for the Brown community.
Most people everywhere fear reaching out or admitting something is wrong, terrified it gives people ammunition or a chance to ridicule them.
But that's because you've been around the wrong crowd.
Look at those who never reach out for help.
Do you truly admire their lives?
Or do you know they're miserable inside—hating on their parents, disconnected from their partners, treating staff horribly, criticizing themselves and others or just being so rigid.
They want you on the sidelines because it validates their own misery and keeps you living life for them, not you.
You're caring about the opinions of the wrong people—worrying about what looks "IG happy" instead of what actually brings you genuine peace.
But this space is built different.
Coming here is where you make it right.
This is where you permanently dismantle your overthinking, stand up for yourself, gain back your confidence, stop the burnout, make sharper decisions, kill the procrastination and perfectionism and perform at your absolute best without the constant stress, pressure and looming dread.
You learn that winning at life isn't living without problems—it's knowing how to navigate them anyway, choosing peace and joy and leading your life for yourself.
Be the way-shower.
Give others permission to find power in their vulnerability and truth too.
Imagine a world where saying "I have a coach because I care about how I show up" is as normal as going to the gym.
If you've been on edge, wanting to get in touch or have contacted then ghosted, worried word will get out? Relax, I’ve got you…
Let's talk.
Only a few days left in September.
Gain absolute clarity on your issues, get a taste of your true potential, find out what's possible and decide if your freedom is worth fighting for.
