Stress doesn’t always look like a blowout or burnout.
Sometimes, it hides in the habits you’ve normalized.

It's time to recognize the subtle signs of stress in your life:

1. People-Pleasing🙏🏻
Saying yes when you want to say no—
Because you’re afraid of disappointing others.
Now you’re stretched thin and resentful.

2. Overthinking Everything🌵
You replay conversations, obsess over decisions,
and play out every “what if” until you’re exhausted.

3. Procrastination⏳
You avoid tasks even when you care about them—
because deep down, you’re scared of failing or getting it wrong.

4. Perfectionism💯
You never feel ready, so you keep tweaking, preparing, delaying…
And trying to control outcomes…
But still feel like it’s not enough.
