1. How to Listen:
Ideally, listen in a comfortable position with your eyes closed to fully immerse yourself.
But if you can't, listen while doing something mindful like walking, cooking, or brushing your teeth—activities that allow you to stay present. (Fun fact: I even listen while taking a mindful break in the restroom! TMI, I know, but it beats scrolling!)
Avoid playing it when you’re feeling overwhelmed or distracted.
2. When to Listen:
For the best results, listen first thing in the morning to prime your energy and set your intentions for the day.
However, you can listen anytime that feels right to you.
